1. Introduction

If you are found to have registered or used the platform while ineligible — including but not limited to being underage — sybas99 reserves the right to void all bets placed, close the account, and forfeit any funds held in the account balance. sybas99 accepts no liability for losses incurred by ineligible users.

3. Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the sybas99 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances and winnings.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration details is grounds for immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. sybas99 strongly advises you to use a unique, strong password and to never share your login credentials with any third party. sybas99 will not be held liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorised access where the user has failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their account.

Should you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify sybas99 immediately by contacting our support team. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily locking the account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the sybas99 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless expressly stated otherwise. sybas99 supports a range of locally trusted payment methods, including Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, FPX bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank), and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20).

Deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and will be displayed at the point of transaction;
• sybas99 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider or bank may apply their own charges;
• Funds must only be deposited from payment methods registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted;

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• sybas99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal;

sybas99 operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. Any account suspected of facilitating money laundering or financial crime will be suspended immediately and reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on sybas99 — including sports betting (football, Malaysia Super League, EPL, UFC, tennis, and more), live in-play wagering, casino games, slots, and crash games — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category, which are available within the respective product sections of the platform.

General betting rules include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. sybas99 will not reverse a confirmed bet except in circumstances outlined in these Terms (e.g., event cancellation, data feed error);
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects bet placement or settlement, sybas99 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to user accounts;
• Bets placed on events that have already started or concluded — due to a delay in data feeds — may be voided at sybas99's sole discretion;

• sybas99 reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any account at any time without providing a reason.

For live betting markets, odds are subject to change in real time. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are those that apply to the wager. sybas99 is not responsible for discrepancies caused by connectivity issues on the user's end.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Unless otherwise stated, the following general bonus conditions apply:

sybas99 employs real-time monitoring and fraud detection systems. Any account found to be in breach of these prohibitions will be suspended immediately. Winnings generated through prohibited conduct will be voided, and the matter may be escalated to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the sybas99 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and data compilations — is the proprietary intellectual property of sybas99 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may close your account at any time by contacting sybas99 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to uncompleted wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification checks.

Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
